Plaintiff(s): Thomas Harrison.

Defendant(s): Ann Harrison, widow, Hugh Wright, John Franckland.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a tenement in Eldon, lately belonging to Ralph Harrison, deceased, father to plaintiff, and husband to defendant Ann. Sale of lease thereof by Ann, administratrix ofher husband. Decision of the jurors of Brancepeth Lordship, given about 28 October 1601, upon motion of Sir William Bowes, steward. Survey.
