Description

Short title: Swayne v Ethridge.

Plaintiff(s): William Swayne.

Defendant(s): Thomas Ethridge, Jeremy Peirce, Thomas Kirby, Thomas Haynes, and Thomas Arnold.

Subject of depositions: Farm in Ampthill, in the manor of Ampthill, in tenure of plaintiff. Did Henry Davie occupy same? Touching plaintiff's right of common on warren and waste ground in Ampthill in right of the farm. Overlaying of the warren by defendant's sheep. Right of common. Customs of manor.
