Description

Short title: Powell v Brereton.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Powell, James Powell.

Defendant(s): Anne Brereton, widow.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Merchwiell, called"Y Kay Newyth Ucha","Y Kay Newyth Yssa","Kay gronoe bagh","The two Bromefields","Errowe and gwerglod pullhley franck." [The names of Edward Brereton, late husband of defendant, Owen Brereton, his son and heir, and Owen, son and heir of said Owen, and the King's ward, and John Roydon, of Iscoyd, are mentioned].
