Description

Short title: Wethered v Palmer.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Wethered, Richard Wood, Robert Tookfield, Robert Page.

Defendant(s): Thos Palmer Robert Browning, Edward Reynolds.

Subject of depositions: Waste or pasture called"The Mayne Wood" closes called"Smith's Croft" and"Henley Grove","Yonder Field","Henley Crofts","Bedneis", in tenure of plaintiff, F Wethered, and Parkfield, Westhill, Ley Field, Coxeley Fields, Hobbes Ley Fields, in the tenure of Thomas Palmer, and lying in Tringe or Wiggington. How long have Palmer's lands been a warren? Limits and bounds. Is the waste parcel of Tring Manor? Right of common thereon. Waste and spoil by conies of the warren on plaintiff's grounds. Survey.
