Description

Short title: Morris v Wyman.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Morris.

Defendant(s): William Wyman.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to two messuages and two lundynatts of land called "Wymans "; whether leased by the late Henry Lord Cobham, attainted (20 September 41 Eliz) to plaintiff as parcel of his manor of Upton St Leonard's? whether thelate Edmond Lord Chandos was owner of the manor, and granted, by copy of Court Roll, the lands to defendant? Demise of the manor by Edward VI. to Sir Anthony Kingston. Leases made by him therein. Survey [The names of Henry Robins, steward of the manor, John Wyman the younger, William Goslyn, John Webley, Margaret Goslyn, Elizabeth Barnewoode, Jerom Barnwood, Sibill Barnewood, Mr Parker, and of a place called "Saintbridge" in the manor, are mentioned].
