Tithes. Right of common. Survey. [The names of - Watson, - Pennell, Anthony Busshop, William Ellis, - Burtch, vicars, - Goodge, Pelham, William Darrell, and Sir T. (defendant), owners of Wilson's Farm, and of lands called Marfarres, the Batings, Butts, Hills, are mentioned].
