Subject of depositions: Parcel of meadow called The Eleven Acres, lying in Oxleasowe, near to Ablods Corle, in the parish of Sandhurst, in the city of Gloucester, and five acres in Pedmorefield. What title and interest had William, Thomas, Giles, and John Cox in such 11 acres. Lease made to William Cox by late abbot of St Peter's, in or near Gloucester. Did John Moulsworth and John Myners procure lease of same from Queen Elizabeth, supposing it to be parcel of the Royal manor of Barton Regis. Did Sir Thomas Throgmorton buy the lease of them, and William Hayward (defendant) of him. Are the 11 acres parcel of the grange called Willington's Court. Do and have they paid tythe to the rectory of Sandhurst Do the manors of Barton Abbotts or Ablodes Court pay tithes to the rectory. Survey. [Waynelodes Hill, Sandhurst Mead, and Pedmarsh Field, are mentioned].
