Subject of depositions: New Forest, and a messuage and lands in North Gorlye, in the parish of Yelinge, in tenure of George Baskett; whether the forest belongs to the Crown, and is exempted from payment of tithes. Right of common (and exemption from tithes thereby) of such lands in New Forest Audits kept at the manor of Lyndhurst for the forest Tithes paid to Mr Colsill, a prebend, and others of Salisbury Church, when the Earl of Devonshire and Earl of Pembroke were wardens of the forest Survey. Have the inhabitants of Harbridge right of common in the forest? Touching parcel of New Forest called Culverley; extent and tithes thereof. [The township of Marchwood Romsey, in the parish of Yelinge, is mentioned].
