Description

Short title: Awmond v Brocklebank.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Awmond.

Defendant(s): William Brocklebank.

Subject of depositions: Two oxgangs of land in the lordship of Anlaby; lease of same to plaintiff, by Letters Patent of 3 September 44 Eliz, under Exchequer Seal. Is a moiety of "The Oxclose" in such lordship, part of the two oxgangs? Right and title to same. [The names of Thomas North, Ralph North, Jane North, John Awmond, Margaret North, and Walter Jobson are mentioned].

County/place: Yorkshire.
