Description

Short title: Holland v Verch.

Plaintiff(s): Humphrey Holland.

Defendant(s): Lowrie Verch Foulk, widow, Foulk Vaughan, Percy Thomas.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Tinhengroen, in the lordship and county of Denbigh, in tenure of plaintiff, and other lands in same place called"Dryll y badell","Dryll y Llyllon","Cae Fynon","Wallies" and"Caer Pant." Did Robert, late Earl of Leicester, as lord of such lordship demise the grounds in November 27 Eliz to Charles Wednester; did Wednester assign same in March 32 Eliz to Thomas Owen, serjeant-at-law; did Owen assign same, December 33 Eliz, to Rees David ap Holl; did Queen Elizabeth, after the Earl's death, grant same to Rees? Trespass of defendants. Survey.

Date of commission: 12 February 1606.
