Plaintiff(s): John Gilbert, late deputy-bailiff of the hundred of Blything (Suffolk).
Defendant(s): William Burnell, Francis Burnell.
Subject of depositions: Execution of certain writs of elegit, outlawry, in Michaelmas 1601, 43 Eliz regarding Sherman v. Burnell; in October 1602, 44 Eliz in Holkeck v. Burnell; and in June 1603, 1 James I, Williams v. Burnell. Touching deed of sale of Pyes Hall, in Wrentham, made by Francis to William Burnell.
County/place: Norfolk.
