Description

Short title: Bell v Ash.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Bell.

Defendant(s): Thomas Ash.

Subject of depositions: Execution of an agreement come to upon a commission under the seal of the Castle Court of Windsor, to enquire of certain enclosures supposed to have been made in Eaton by the complainant and Matthew Bell his brother, by which agreement defendant promised for certain monies, to release and discharge all actions, which he had against complainant.

County/place: Buckinghamshire; Berkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1605.
