Short title: Mayor of Clifton v Kelly.

Plaintiff(s): Mayor, of Clifton, Dartmouth, and Hardnes.

Defendant(s): Richard Kelly, John Prowse, Richard Syme.

Subject of depositions: Obstruction of the harbour of Dartmouth, caused by digging quarries, said to belong to Dorothy Carwit Henry. Survey.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 11 November 1605.
