Description

Short title: Porch v Harvey.

Plaintiff(s): John Porch.

Defendant(s): Anthony Harvey.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Glastonbury, otherwise called Edgarsley, and Eastreate. Is a copyhold tenement held by plaintiff in West Pennard, parcel of the manor of Glastonbury or of Eastreate Manor? Survey. Customs of manor. [A grant on Court Roll of 6 Eliz by the Queen to Michael Ardel, of lands in Glastonbury, is mentioned].
