Did the late prior sell them to Edward Cockett before the dissolution, and have Edward Cockett, Ann Cockett, John Colte, esq, Sir William Paston, Clement Paston, and Edward Paston, lords of the manor, held their lands (by said demise), which formerly belonged to the priories of Walsingham or priory of Flitcham? To whom did Edward Lord Clynton sell the lands in Flitcham or Appleton, granted to him by Henry VIII on the dissolution of the priories? Survey.
