Lease thereof from Queen Elizabeth to James Bellamy, about August 32 Elizabeth (of two parts into three parts divided), by reason of recusancy of Dorothy Hunter (defendant's mother). Did Bellamy, about November 32 Eliz, convey same to Richard Watson, in trust or to use of the said Dorothy? Whether defendant (1 January 37 Eliz) did demise to plaintiffs the other third part and the said two parts, etc.? Survey.
