Subject of depositions: Two parcels of land called "The Bents" and "Horton Meadow" otherwise "Horton Doddesmore" in Horton. Payment of tithes. Whether the said "Bents" lie in Whittington or Horton? Reference made to previous trials in the Exchequer, one between Richard Baxter and John Dale and Randoll Wyvall; and another between John Wall and John Dale and Thomas Smith, for taking distresses in Horton Meadow and The Bents aforesaid. "The Bents" left out of a survey of the lordship of Whittington? Survey. [The "Task" of the lordship of Tamhorn is mentioned].
