Short title: Gilbert v Burnell.

Plaintiff(s): John Gilbert.

Defendant(s): Francis and William Burnell.

Subject of depositions: Seizure of goods of Francis Burnell at Pyes Hall, in Wrentham, under a process of outlawry, and deed of gift thereof to William Burnell, previously to seizure.

County/place: Suffolk.
