Short title: Earl of Huntingdon v Bowes.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Earl of Huntingdon.

Defendant(s): Ralph Bowes.

Subject of depositions: Sums of meney owing by the late Robert Bowes, treasurer of Burwick (father of defendant), to plaintiff. Survey of possessions of Robert in Sunderland, including coal mines and salt panns, and of his lands in Yorkand Durham, namely in Ask, Scailes, Calesgarth, Hartford, Guylling, Grindon, Barnes, Mordant, Sleightholme, Bolton-upon-Swale, Sunderland, and Berwick.
