Description

Short title: Metcalf v Coupland.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas and John Metcalf.

Defendant(s): Gabriel Coupland.

Subject of depositions: Office or "pallecership" of Marwood Park, Pott's Close, and the pallecer's house. Are the fees sufficient to keep the Park in repair? Grant of such Office in 40th year of Queen Elizabeth to plaintiff. Special exception to office of pallycer in Queen Elizabeth's grant to Sir William Ewre. Survey.
