Plaintiff(s): George Trobridge.

Defendant(s): William Catford.

Subject of depositions: Tenements called "Nechecott" otherwise "Nethecott" otherwise "Waye" in East Bradley (in the tenure of Lewis Cruyse), and the freehamlet of Nethecott and Pasemoores Hayes, in Tiverton. Payment of 10ths and 15ths. Metes and bounds.
