Description

Short title: Riche v Kirby.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Riche.

Defendant(s): Thomas Kirby, John Browne, Gabriel Woodward.

Subject of depositions: City and borough of Gloucester. Touching the offices of mayor, bailiffs, and sheriffs, and the privileges, customs, of the city, tolls upon the River Severn, payment of fee-farm rent of 65l. and distress by defendants (sheriffs) upon plaintiff for same. Customs of corporation. Survey.
