Description

Short title: Price v Lewis.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Price.

Defendant(s): Thomas Lewis, clerk, Roger Phillip Traherne, Thomas Lewis, Rice Powell ap Lewis, Walter Powell ap Lewis, Rice Thomas Lewis.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage of Merthir Kynog, and the chapels of Llanvihangel, Nant Brane, and Llandilor Vaine thereunto belonging, andthe manor of Llanspithed, late of the abbey of Much Malvern. Touching tithes. [The names of David Jones, late vicar, and Sir Thomas Price, are mentioned].
