Short title: Parinchief v Syll.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Parinchief, and John Panckoo his guardian.

Defendant(s): Miles Syll, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Portion of tithes in Wetherden, and the parsonage of Wetherden, lately belonging to the priory of Blackboro'. [The name of Robert Westly, late incumbent of Wetherden, is mentioned].

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 23 April 1605.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 May 1605, certificate, delivered into Court 5 June 1605.
