Defendant(s): Robert Dyer.
Subject of depositions: Water grist mill belonging to the King, in Porlock, parcel of the manor of Porlock, in possession of plaintiff, and said to be the ancient mill there used by the tenants; and another in the manor of Sparhaies, in the parish of Luccombe, adjoining to Porlock (in possession of defendant). Also touching another mill in Porlock, parcel of Porlock Rectory, and in the possession of John Jacobs alias Snowe. Damage to plaintiff's mill by diverting the stream of water from it, and the custom also.
