Plaintiff(s): Walter Harlewyne.
Defendant(s): William Verryard otherwise Miller.
Subject of depositions: Touching grist mills (in plaintiff's possession) at Sidmouth, in the manor of Sidmouth, belonging to the King, and "Radway" and other mills, parcel of the manor of Radway (in defendant's possession). Touching new mills erected by defendant in Radway, and grinding of corn therein to the detriment of the King's mill, and contrary to custom. Survey.
County/place: Devon.
Date of commission: 13 May 1605.
