Plaintiff(s): John Fulham.
Defendant(s): Simon Berrington, William Berrington.
Subject of depositions: Parcel of ground lying on the north side of the way leading from Wynnesley towards Newton, called "Western Held" lately inclosed (by defendant Simon), and the Ryecrof and Winnesley's Hill, Bircher's Field, near Hope, also enclosed by him. Right of common therein. Metes and bounds of Winnesley Hope, Woodmanton, and Newton.
