Description

Short title: Tatton v Puleston.

Plaintiff(s): William Tatton.

Defendant(s): Roger Puleston.

Subject of depositions: "The Lord Alford's Lands." Touching a trial in 29th year of Eliz upon information of intrusion brought by Thos, Whitby against William Tatton (plaintiff), Roger Puleston (father of defendant), and John Hanmer (then esq, and now kt), and others. Was a rent ever paid by Robert Tatton (father of plaintiff) to Edward Earl of Derby, Mary Countess Dowager of Derby (afterwards Countess of Kent), and Henry Earl of Derby, or at any time to any of the owners of the lordship of Maylors (Flintshire)? Survey.
