Description

Short title: Cockcume v Meyrick.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Cockcume and Elinor his wife, and Thomas Parker and Jane his wife.

Defendant(s): Rowland Meyrick, Anthony Pembridge, Edward Weaver.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Erdisland and Pembridge; were they parcel of "Therldom of March "? Touching nature of grants made by Thomas Hanford and Kynard Delabere, Lords of Erdisland, to William Baylie and Johan his wife, and Thomas Bull, Thomas Trumper and [Katherine] his wife, Richard Holder, Roger Holder and Johan his wife; and grants made by Thomas Gardner, lord of same manor, to Humfrey Cockcomb, also touching grants made by lords of Painbridge.
