Description

Short title: Lloyd v Lewis.

Plaintiff(s): John Lloyd.

Defendant(s): Rees Lewis, clerk, John ap Howell, John David ap Howell, John Hoell ap John Gwill'm, Jevan ap Lewis, and Jevan ap Rees.

Subject of depositions: Town and borough of Rayader, and the precincts, called"The Artall" and a mill belonging to His Majesty therein, called"Mellyn Rayder","Raiaders Mill" and ground called"The Bank of the Old Mill". Touching"soak and suyt" of inhabitants to such mill. Customs of manor, Survey. [The names of Robert Davy, Thomas Holford, and others are mentioned].

County/place: Radnorshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1605.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 April 1605 at Rayader.
