Short title: Vaughan v Bishop of Hereford.

Plaintiff(s): Rice Vaughan, clerk, incumbent of Humber.

Defendant(s): Robert Bishop of Hereford.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage of Humber, and the hamlett of Risbury, Nether and Upper. What tithes in such hamlet belong to the parsonage? Touching grant of portion of tithes therein by Queen Elizabeth to John Story, late Bishop of Hereford Tithes said to belong to the late priory of Leominster. Survey. [The names of Richard Cornwall, Sir John Badam, Thomas Caswall, clerk, parsons of Humber, and Richard Hill, Thomas Yeavans, Thomas Hill, Sir John Vale, curate of Kymvalton, Richard Bevan, curate of Stoke and Docklow, the parsonage of Stoke, and others, are mentioned].
