Plaintiff(s): Ralph Errington and Dorothy his wife, and Margaret Forster.
Defendant(s): Nicholas Forster and Isabel Forster, widow.
Subject of depositions: Property of Sir John Forster, deceased, his goods and chattels at Styford, Hexham, Annyk, Grange, Alnewick, Balmebro', Spindleston, Glowreon, Hine, and Yesington Grange, the assignment before his death of his lease of tithes in the barony of Langley, Hexham, Hexhamshire, Akam, Fallowfield, Fourstones, Newbrough, and Kepicke, Allerwoshe, Chollerton, Gunnerton, and Colwell, to Sir John Fenwick. Bond given (for 500 marks) by Sir J Forster to Clary Forster, touching tithes aforesaid. Survey. [The names of Robert Jefferson, of Hexham, Reynald Forster, and others, are mentioned].
