Plaintiff(s): William Hobbes (clothier).
Defendant(s): Elizabeth Bridges, Nicholas Archer (clothier), Richard Haukes.
Subject of depositions: Mills near the River (Avon?), in the manor of Burton Hill, a close called "The Clay Pitts" or "Hames" ground called "Daniel's Hill" and springs called "Daniel's Well" and "Clarken Well" in same manor. Touching injury caused to such mills (farmed of His Majesty) by stoppage of stream, etc. Survey.
County/place: Wiltshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1605.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 March 1605 at Malmsbury, delivered into Court 26 April 1605.
