Short title: Willingham v Houghton.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Willingham, clerk, parson of Staine.

Defendant(s): Thomas Houghton, John West, Robert Hastings.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage of Staine, and the lands of the late Sir Marmaduke and Sir Robert Constable [in the town of Hotoft or Huttoft], attainted; whether such lands paid a rentto the parsonage? Metes and bounds of lands. Survey. [The name of Richard White, clerk, late parson of Staine, is mentioned].

County/place: Lincolnshire.
