Description

Short title: Garnett v Atkinson.

Plaintiff(s): William Garnett.

Defendant(s): Richard Atkinson and Thomas Heslopp.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage and two oxgangs of land in Dalton, in the parish of Kirkby Ravensworth. Survey. [The names of Giles Garnet, the late Marquis of Northampton, Thomas Garnett, Margaret Garnet, John Foggerthwaite, and Robert Colline, are mentioned].

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1605.
