Description

Short title: Attorney General v Ford.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General (and Richard Miller, and others, copyholders of Ashberton Manor).

Defendant(s): Thomas Ford, William Heywood, Thomas Rich.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Ashberton, and parcels thereof called"Bowdleigh","Rockland","Hepstock","Foteball" alias"Woodball","Comb","Westabrooke","Hele","Byland","Rewlacomb","Ketta Park","Reweparks","Welstor Road","Awswell","Sandscore Torre" etc. Metes and bounds. Customs of manor. Survey. [The names of Christopher Warringe, Richard Oliver, Thomas Dabernon, John Froud, John Wyndeat, Peter Wyndeat, William and Edward Wreyford, John Wreyford, Buckland Common, the River Dart, are mentioned].

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 12 February 1605.
