Defendant(s): Simon and William Berrington.
Subject of depositions: Inclosure of common called "Winsley Hill" belonging to the township of Hope and Winsley; whether it is within the jurisdiction of the halimote court of Ivington? Metes and bounds. Also touching woodland called "Westwood" and right of way therefrom to a mansion house called "Hope Berry" and from Hope to Webley, Kington, and Pembridge. Survey.
County/place: Herefordshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1605.
