Description

Short title: Tatton v Puleston.

Plaintiff(s): William Tatton.

Defendant(s): Roger Puleston.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Orton, Overton Madock, and Worthingbury, called"Lord Alford's lands" whether at any time reputed parcel of the manor of Aldford? Were Sir Ralph Egerton, William Brereton, Sir Edmund Peckham, farmers of same? Bounds and limits. Survey of lands. [The names of Robert Tatton, father of plaintiff, Richard Gravenor, the manors of Echells and Alderley, and John Hanmer, are mentioned].
