Description

Short title: Baker v Etheridge.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Baker, John Kinge, William Aservice.

Defendant(s): Oliver Etheridge.

Subject of depositions: Waste called Newtowne Common; does it adjoin a waste in the parish of Milton, called Wakeford Common? Is Newtowne Common parcel of six messuages in Hinton Admiral, called "Newtowne" and are they parcel of the manor of Hinton Admiral? Is Wakeford Common in the parish of Milton only, and not in that of Christchurch, and is it parcel of Somerford Manor? Right of common and turbary. Metes and bounds. Survey.

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 18 November 1604.
