Plaintiff(s): William Chamber, Anthony Crewe, John Stile.

Defendant(s): William Long, John Marchant, John James, John Davie alias Trevernoe, Henry Penvrace, Mabel Archer, John Ripper, Andrew Green, Petherick Jenkin, John Edwards, Richard May, John Hockin, Edward Abraham, Thomas Jelm alias Tomlin, Richard James, Thomas Roberts, Hy. Thomas, William Ripper, Richard Tremelin, John Lukie, Thomas Samon, Robert, Lestell, Richard Ingowe, Walter Carne, Robert Barrett, Margy. French, John Hareson, Thomas Hockin, John Jewell, Thomas Condydan.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Pengwena, Prispyner, Reperye, and Bodbrane, and tenements in St Udie, and two tenements called "Porth." Touching entry of Sir John Arundel, of Lanhern, into same for breach of conditions in deed of gift made 4 March 6 Henry VI to Sir Thomas Arundel, John Hearle, Thomas Harrie, and John Tresithny.
