Description

Short title: Bustard v Brereton.

Plaintiff(s): John Bustard and Rebecca his wife.

Defendant(s): Theophilus Brereton.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the lands of Richard Brereton, deceased, lying in the manor of Orsett, formerly one Chibornes. Also touching the debts, of Richard. Survey. [Lands called "Stickard's and Barrington's" in Orsett, and the names of Robert Sadler, Andrew Palmer, John Browne and Joan his wife, and Leonard Beale, are mentioned].

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 28 November 1604.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2 January 1605 at Romford.
