Description

Short title: Would v Harryson.

Plaintiff(s): Awdry Would, widow.

Defendant(s): John Harryson.

Subject of depositions: Hawe or wharfe called "Watton Hawe" and one storing house and lands in the manor of Walton-on-Thames; whether copyhold? whether ancient? Customs of wharf in the manors of Walton-on-Thames and Walton Leigh. [A parcel of ground called "Coway" lying between the Haw and Waybridge Hawe, is mentioned].

County/place: Surrey.

Date of commission: 27 June 1604.
