Description

Short title: Smith v Smith.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Smith.

Defendant(s): William Smith, Elizabeth Smith, widow, Nicholas Bright and Anne his wife.

Subject of depositions: Conveyance of two tenements in Colman Street, London, by Robert Smith (plaintiff's grandfather) to plaintiff's father, William Smith, for performance of which William gave a bond of £500. Descent of same tenements. Survey. [The names of Henry Vincent, John Baker, and William Musgrave, are mentioned].

County/place: Middlesex; London.

Date of commission: 27 June 1604.
