Description

Short title: Vere v Watson.

Plaintiff(s): John Vere.

Defendant(s): William Watson, Richard Reson, Anthony Gibson, James Pennington.

Subject of depositions: Debt of £110 owing by George Lazenby (grocer) to Henry White, of Limehouse, and a bond of £200 given about October 35 Eliz by George Lazenby and William Watson, of London, draper, for payment of same on 31 October 31 1594; touching lease of the parsonage of Elmested (Essex), purchased by Emely of George Lazenby; also polled deed of George Lazenby, dated 16 November 1593, assigning his interest in such parsonage to Watson.

County/place: Middlesex; London.

Date of commission: 27 June 1604.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 July 1604 at the Castle in Paternoster Row.
