Short title: King v Mitchell.

Plaintiff(s): The King, James Brook, Sir John Brook, kt, aulnager for Devonshire, Edward Flynton.

Defendant(s): Robert Mitchell (merchant).

Subject of depositions: Kerseys and white bayes forfeited to the Crown because not duly sealed with aulnager's seal before sold.

County/place: Devon.
