Subject of depositions: Office of steward of the King's manors of Elvell, Istmonith, Aberedowe, and Coydsoith. Whether plaintiff had a grant thereof (under patent of Court of Exchequer), before a grant from His Majesty to defendant? Touching execution by complainant of letter of injunction from lord treasurer, discharging defendant from said office. and His Majesty's decision that defendant should enjoy same.
