Description

Short title: Nevell v Gravenor.

Plaintiff(s): The Hon. Edward Nevell, of Abergavenny, William Sedley, and Elizabeth his wife, Lady Abergavenny.

Defendant(s): Edward Gravenor, Samuel Saunders, John Symcoe, and Mary his wife, John Bowne.

Subject of depositions: Customs of manors of Allesle and Fillongle, as to the assessment of fines on descent or surrender of customary lands.

County/place: Warwickshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1604.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 29 March 1604 at Coventry.
