Plaintiff(s): Thomas Bartram.

Defendant(s): Thomas Stephenson.

Subject of depositions: Assignment of custody of demesne lands of Penrith by Thomas Bowes to Thomas Bartram (complainant), and grant of custody to Thomas Stephenson the younger, and Richard Goodman.
