Plaintiff(s): Thomas Bartram.

Defendant(s): Andrew Whelpdale, William Whelpdale, Thomas Hilton, Thomas Stephenson.

Subject of depositions: Demesne lands of Penrith Castle, belonging to the Crown; whether William Garforth had custody thereof? Touching lands "upon Thirleberge" and others called "Low Maynes" in Penrith; whether copyhold? Also lands called "Skirskill" or "Crickeld Flat "; whether freehold? Survey.
