Description

Short title: Patrick v Levinge.

Plaintiff(s): Simon Patrick.

Defendant(s): Simon Levinge.

Subject of depositions: Granges of Audleby, Fonnelby, and Hundon, and the mores of Caister. Whether is Sir Edward Aiscough one of the chief lords of the soak, wastes, and mores of Caister? Have the owners of Audleby done suit unto the Soke Court, in Caister, of the said Sir Edward Aiscough, or to that of North Kelsey, belonging to Thomas Barde, another of the chief lords? Right of common of the inhabitants of Caister, North Kelsey, Grisby, and Clixby on Caister More. Survey.
